Your order will ship within five business days. If you choose the USPS shipping option it may take up to three weeks to arrive. with the RMA number on the box. Please make sure you adequately pack the item so it arrives to us in a salable condition. A credit will be issued after inspection and approval. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, a 25 percent restocking fee will be deducted from any credit issued.
